2020 Message

 Dear Guest Services family,

There is a lot of excitement as we transition into 2020!  We have a number of upcoming business opportunities that Guest Services plans to pursue.   Both Nico and I look forward to building upon our existing portfolio and extending Guest Services’s excellence in operations. Our talented teams are always one step ahead in customer service and hospitality.

In 2019, tens of millions of guests interacted with our team members and raved about the positive experiences and new memories they’ve made at our units that will last a lifetime. We are excited to continue being at the forefront of innovation through technology, operation, and within our various industries.

We’re looking forward to welcoming this next decade, continuing our great work alongside each of you.
