As Chief Financial Officer of Guest Services, Inc, Daniel Stoltzfus joins the company with more than 20 years of experience in technology, financial, and entertainment services. Throughout his initial introductions to the company, he shares his views, intents, and motivations for Guest Services.

“During these past three weeks of being a part of Guest Services, I’ve noticed the people are incredibly bright, intelligent, and very helpful in orienting me as a new employee,” says Dan. “The work culture is all about driving results to business and taking care of its employees.”

Before joining the company, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Fundation Group LLC, a technology services and specialty finance company, where he attained a diverse skillset across different industries. He also served as Senior Manager at PwC’s Banking and Controller for the Washington Redskins. In both roles, he showed a mastery of data analytics, accounting, and advisory services while keeping a global-minded management approach.

“From experience, I would always ask myself, how do we improve manual processes? From timesheets, expense reports and payments of vendors, how can these processes be enhanced?”

As an accounting and finance professional with extensive experience, Dan has led a variety of business functions that initiated new partnerships for a company’s growth. He delivered excellent customer service to public and private companies alike. Moving forward with his role as Chief Financial Officer at Guest Services, Dan will play an instrumental role in the divisions of Senior Living, National and State Parks, Condominium Management and Recreation for identifying strategic growth opportunities.

“I see myself as a problem solver. I love helping people, creating efficient operations and new strategies. I ask myself, ‘How can I be of service to my team? Is it through better automatization and having more opportunities to have fun throughout the day?”
