Moorings Park

Guest Services, Inc. manages all of the acclaimed food and beverage operations on the property, such as the spectacular dining facilities, catering, private dining areas, doorstep deliveries, and cafés. Together, these operations prepare, on average, 1000 meals a day.

Trio is one of the newest additions to Moorings Park’s restaurant collection and attracts guests with featured weekly menus, a delightful Tuscan atmosphere and its innovative, Asian influenced classical French cuisine crafted by the very talented Executive Chef Billie Raper. It is split into three distinct dining environments: a private dining room with a fireplace, a bustling bar and bistro, and a covered lakefront terrace. Drawing on their world-class wine cellar, the restaurant features artfully crafted food and wine pairings that play to its culinary strengths.

Located in the Clubhouse, the new Park Grill is a stylish open-kitchen facility where guests find their favorites, such as center-of-the-plate grill items, fresh Asian wok dishes, brick oven pizza, pasta, creative salads, and more. The continually rotating menu provides a wide variety of delicious options that ensures fresh and exciting new flavors on a regular basis.

Guest Services’ day-to-day operations also include providing tasty, nutritious meals to the 72-bed assisted living facility and 108-bed skilled nursing facility, The Chateau. Guest Services and Moorings Park have been recognized for service excellence in The Chateau and has twice been awarded the Governor’s Gold Seal of Excellence as a top 1 percent benchmark community in Florida.

Approximately 125 highly-experienced staff and 15 managers are on site; they are trained in the “best-friends approach” that emphasizes compassionate care. The property utilizes an innovative new Diamond Dining initiative, an objective-based training program that helps team members hone hosting, waiting, and customer service skills as well as their fine dining knowledge. The program includes intensive initial live training sessions and is followed by monthly refreshers to ensure up-to-date best practices.
