Yes. Salary and hourly team members will both request and manage or view PTO approvals in Workday. PTO balances can be viewed in Workday. For hourly employees, projections will update after time is submitted and approved on a weekly or biweekly basis.

Please submit your time off or leave requests under Absence in Workday as soon as you know that you would like to be away from work. It is at your Manager's discretion to approve or deny all time off requests based on operational needs. Long-term leave requests are routed to the Absence Partners on the Benefits team. Please coordinate with your Manager as well.

Yes, you can view and manage dependents in Workday. This includes information about them like their relationship to you, birth date and the benefits elections in which they are included.

A newly benefits-eligible worker can make benefits elections in Workday within 30 days after being hired or attaining full-time, regular status.

You can review benefits coverage and associated costs under Benefits and Pay in Workday.

Under Benefits and Pay, click on Change Benefits and select the appropriate qualifying life event within 30 days of the event. You must upload supporting documentation and proof of relationship.

If you had a qualifying life event, you must report it within 30 days under Benefits and Pay and then Change Benefits.
