Workday Learning Update for 2025

All required annual trainings have been assigned to all users who are currently active in Workday.

Please review the UPDATED Guest Services’ training policy which outlines the expectations and requirements needed to remain in compliance each year.

Each year, January is compliance training month. Here is a list of what to expect:

  1. On January 1steach year, compliance trainings will be automatically assigned to each employee. Managers will assign all required trainings to new hires, until further notice.
  2. Email notifications will be sent when training is assigned and when training is due
  3. All compliance trainings must be completed by December 15th each year. During the last week of December, all compliance trainings that remain on an employee’s active transcript will be removed. Any completed trainings will remain on the employee’s completed transcript. If you have any compliance trainings that have not been completed by December 15th, our records will show that you were not in compliance for the current year.
